The Indianapolis-Marion County Public Library and Woollen Molzan and Partners, Inc., are pleased to announce that they have reached a resolution of their dispute.

While Woollen Molzan has denied liability for alleged errors relating to the design of the new expansion of the Central Library, the parties? settlement will allow the Library to focus on the pursuit of other parties to the pending litigation and Woollen Molzan to focus on the continued practice of architecture.

The Library and Woollen Molzan remain convinced that the new Central Library project designed by Woollen Molzan, upon completion, will serve as a landmark for the City of Indianapolis and an attractive anchor to the north end of the downtown area.
