Patrons can drop in anytime during this two-hour visit by the Library's traveling eBook Tinker Station, which is staffed by an eReader expert who can answer questions about the equipment and collection. The Station provides reliable and unbiased information about this growing technology. The Tinker Helpline is also available to call for answers to your questions at 275-4500. Hispanic Heritage Month Art Workshops: íMßscaras!

In celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month and the October 17 Central Library visit by author Yuyi Morales, children ages 6 and up and families are invited to celebrate with a festive new face! They will create a Mexican-themed mask, either a Calavera (Day of the Dead skull) or Luchador (wrestler). Cut-out mask templates, colors and other materials will be provided. This program is inspired by the Yuyi Morales books, "Ni˝o Wrestles the World" and "Los Gatos Black on Halloween." Children must be accompanied by an adult. Patrons can drop in anytime during this two-hour visit by the Library's traveling eBook Tinker Station, which is staffed by an eReader expert who can answer questions about the equipment and collection. The Station provides reliable and unbiased information about this growing technology. The Tinker Helpline is also available to call for answers to your questions at 275-4500.
