Events at the Library

The entire community is invited for an evening of cultural entertainment in celebration of the 25th anniversary of one of the city's premiere African-American art exhibits. Meet the 16 local artists whose works are on display through March 23 at Central Library and enjoy music and gospel performances, poetry, a magic show, storytelling for children, a fashion show, and youth art exhibit. In addition, local African-American authors will sign and sell copies of their latest books. This event is sponsored by the Library's African-American History Committee.
