Organize and Protect Your Computer

Adults are invited to examine the directory file system used by computers in order to store and retrieve personal information, as well as learn how to protect their computers from hacking, viruses and malware. Topics covered include Windows Explorer, Shortcut Keys, Disc Defragmenter, Task Manager and basic protection software for your computer. Participants should be comfortable using a mouse and keyboard before taking this class. This class is for Windows 7 users, though it can be helpful for Windows 8.1 users. This class will be held in the Computer Training Lab.
