#Stand4Peace: James Pate's Kin Killin' Kin Art Exhibit

As part of the Library's #Stand4Peace initiative, patrons are invited to view a powerful and thought-provoking exhibit of images by visual artist James Pate that reflect the concern for the epidemic of youth violence in the African-American community. The images are a visual call-to-action to find solutions to youth and gun violence and were created in hopes of engaging youth and the community to dialogue about alternatives and solutions toward negative behavior. This exhibit, presented by the Library's African-American History Committee, is on display in the South Gallery during regular Central Library hours.
