With the Children’s Museum on a 2-hour delay, the Info Zone Branch will open at noon today, Thursday, April 3, 2025.
Due to scheduled maintenance which requires a full power shutdown, the Beech Grove Branch will be closed on Friday, April 4.

A library for the rapidly-expanding area of suburban Washington Township was made possible by the donation of a 2.56 acre lot from Mr. and Mrs. Harrison Eiteljorg in 1968. The Nora Branch opened in 1971 on North Guilford Avenue and was expanded to 18,500-square-feet in 1990.
After weather-related supply chain issues that caused many delays, our newly renovated Nora Branch officially opened for service on Wednesday, March 12, 2025.
We are planning a more formal grand re-opening party later this spring and will share details as soon as they are available!
