At the third meeting of the IMCPL Strategic Planning Committee held Monday, April 28th at the Library Services Center, committee members discussed the 2nd draft of the Mission, Vision and Goals. Their goal at this meeting was to further define the key priorities and work towards a final draft.  Notes from the April 28th meeting will be posted soon.

April 7th Committee Meeting

The second meeting of the Strategic Planning Committee was held on Monday, April 7th at the Wayne Branch Library. At this meeting the committee received the first draft of the Mission, Vision and Goals that were created from information received at the first committee meeting.

The goals for the second meeting were to discuss this document and determine if the draft did indeed capture the intended set of ideas from the previous meeting and to further expand on strategies and priorities. Here are the notes from the April 7, 2008 meeting.
